Investigators were able to locate the 35-year-old man who was suffering from gunshot wounds after a Shot Spotter alert was received in the 2600 block of Garrett Avenue shortly before midnight, Monday, Nov. 28, according to Baltimore police.
The victim was rushed to a nearby hospital where he later died.
